Jim Baird began preaching for the Wilshire Church of Christ In OKC in 2000. He is also a Professor of Bible and Philosophy and Director of the Honors Program at Oklahoma Christian. Jim says, “Even though I teach full time, I love preaching each week at Wilshire. There is something about digging into the Word to shape lessons week after week that forces me to grow and I hope the congregation benefits. Jim and his wife, Yodie, have two sons, James and Taylor, and a daughter, Elizabeth. His undergraduate degree is from OC, his M.Div. from Harding and his D.Phil. from Oxford University.
