Tim Pyles has been serving in ministry since 1983, working with churches in Australia, Hawaii, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas. He was born into a minister’s family and grew up primarily in the southeastern United States, with the exception of two years that his parents served as missionaries in Liberia, West Africa, in the early 1970s. He attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he earned a B.A. in Missions and an M.A. in Biblical Studies. He spent his first two years after college in a Missions Internship in Gympie, Queensland, Australia. Upon returning to the U.S. in 1987, he met and married Kimberly Ann Gray and they have now been married for 24 years and have been blessed with two wonderful children.
